Security has been increased everywhere, especially payment vendors like PayPal and Square do not allow you to easily share login information without requesting the two Factor Authentication.

Instead, they offer a team member or web developer access where you can share  certain limited features with your web designer.

We have collected information about PayPal and square to make it easier for us to  link your web store with your PayPal or Square account securely.

PayPal

Log into PayPal, head to “Account Settings,” then “Account access” or “Users” (depending on your account type). Click “Manage Users”.

There, you can add a new user and assign them permissions.

Square

Log into your Square account, go to Staff and Payroll, select Team. On the top right click the plus sign to add a team member.

Note that all invitations are being sent and identified via email. They can be revoked at any time.
